Scar now has a commercially available darkroom

Equipment: We have two enlargers available for use - a Durst M305 and a Durst F30, both black and white; we will be investing soon in colour and medium format equipment, so if you're interested in these options please contact us. Booking: There are 3 booking options... Option 1. Hours bought in advance - £25 for 5 hours / £50 for 10 hours, which you can divide up however you like, e.g. 3 hours one week, 2 hours the next etc., subject to availability. Option 2. £20 for 5 hours, to be used in one session. Option 3. £15 for 5 hours - if you block book a specific regular time and day (12-5pm or 6-11pm), either weekly or fortnightly. FAQ: 1) The prices do not include chemicals or paper, but we can provide storage space for these. 2) The room is only big enough for one person to work alone. 3) At the moment the darkroom is only available to people who already have a basic knowledge of the equipment; we hope in the near future to provide options for training, so if you're interested in this please let us know.
